Due to COVID-19, every patient will have a contact-less temperature reading upon entry into the office. Patients will then complete a COVID-19 questionnaire.
Then, patient will check-in and complete new patient paperwork. To save time, this may be completed prior to your appointment by accessing the patient forms under “Patient Resources” of this website. Simply print these out and turn them in once you arrive to your appointment. The Patient Advocate will provide a new patient packet for you, welcoming you to the office. You will then be handed a tablet that will ask you a series of medical questions pertaining to you and your medical history.
You will then be taken back to see Dr. Andrews for your consultation, exam, and adjustment. Based on your treatment plan, you will be given physiotherapy which includes Electrical Muscle Stimulation (STEM) and the roller beds for effective pain relief and muscle restoration.
Finally, you will meet with our Patient Advocate for patient education which includes discussion of services, financials, signing documents, and answering any questions you may have.
